These terms apply to the MedCare Mobility affiliate program. By applying you agree to them. For an overview of the program, see the medical equipment affiliate program page.

Program terms

Commission 5% of the product subtotal after discounts. Tax and shipping are not included.
Tracking 30-day referral cookie on your link, plus your personal code. The code is for tracking only and gives the customer no discount: a customer can use your code at checkout and the sale counts for you. Last click or code wins.
Approval Commissions become approved after the order passes our 30-day return window. Returned, refunded or canceled orders do not earn commission.
Payouts Monthly, by PayPal or ACH, once your approved balance reaches $50. A W-9 is required before your first payout.
Not allowed Buying through your own link or code (no self-referrals), posting codes on coupon or deal sites, paid search ads on “MedCare Mobility” or misspellings, spam, and making medical claims.
Disclosure Tell your audience you earn a commission (FTC rule). A simple “I earn a commission if you buy” is enough.
Eligibility 18+, US residents. We review every application and may decline or remove partners who break the rules.
Relationship Partners are independent. The program is a commission-based referral arrangement, not employment, and partners do not act as MedCare Mobility employees or agents.

Good to know

MedCare Mobility is an online retail store. We do not bill insurance, so every referred order is a straightforward cash or card purchase. Licensed professionals should follow their employer’s policies on outside income.
