- Commission
- 5% of the product subtotal after discounts. Tax and shipping are not included.
- Tracking
- 30-day referral cookie on your link, plus your personal code. The code is for tracking only and gives the customer no discount: a customer can use your code at checkout and the sale counts for you. Last click or code wins.
- Approval
- Commissions become approved after the order passes our 30-day return window. Returned, refunded or canceled orders do not earn commission.
- Payouts
- Monthly, by PayPal or ACH, once your approved balance reaches $50. A W-9 is required before your first payout.
- Not allowed
- Buying through your own link or code (no self-referrals), posting codes on coupon or deal sites, paid search ads on "MedCare Mobility" or misspellings, spam, and making medical claims.
- Disclosure
- Tell your audience you earn a commission (FTC rule). A simple "I earn a commission if you buy" is enough.
- Eligibility
- 18+, US residents. We review every application and may decline or remove partners who break the rules.
MedCare Mobility is an online retail store. We do not bill insurance, so every referred order is a straightforward cash or card purchase. Licensed professionals should follow their employer's policies on outside income.

Is it free to join?
Yes. There is no fee, no inventory and no quota. Apply, get approved, and start sharing your link and code.
How much can I earn?
You earn 5% of the product subtotal on every order you refer. Medical equipment is a big-ticket purchase, so it adds up: a $1,800 mobility scooter pays you $90, and a $3,000 power wheelchair pays you $150.
How do you track my sales?
Every approved partner gets a personal referral link and a personal code. A sale counts if the customer buys within 30 days of clicking your link, or uses your code at checkout, even if they never clicked anything.
Does my code give the customer a discount?
No. Your code is for tracking only. A customer can use your code at checkout and the sale counts for you. Prices stay the same for the customer.
Is this a medical sales job?
No. It is an independent, commission-based referral program, not employment. You are not a MedCare Mobility employee, and there is no salary, base pay or set hours. You earn 5% commission on the orders you refer, which makes it a flexible fit if you are looking at commission-only medical sales or medical equipment sales jobs.
Can I do this from home as a side income?
Yes. Everything happens online, so you can refer customers from home, part-time and on your own schedule. Many partners use it as medical sales side income next to a full-time job in healthcare, caregiving or sales.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are approved once the order passes our 30-day return window. We pay once a month by PayPal or bank transfer (ACH) when your approved balance reaches $50.
Do I need medical sales experience?
No. Many of our partners are caregivers, therapists, home health aides and bloggers. Experienced DME sales reps and independent medical sales reps are welcome too. If people ask you where to buy equipment, you are a good fit.
Who can't join?
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. Coupon and deal sites, paid ads on the MedCare Mobility brand name, and buying through your own link or code are not allowed.
Which products earn commission?
Every product on medcaremobility.com: mobility scooters, power and manual wheelchairs, walkers and rollators, lift chairs, hospital beds, bathroom safety, daily living aids and more. Commission is paid on the product subtotal after discounts, not on tax or shipping.
Do you accept insurance orders?
No. MedCare Mobility is a retail store and does not bill insurance. Every order is a cash or card purchase, which keeps the program simple and transparent.
