Description

VOCIC Z21 Rollator Walker – Affordable Four-Wheel Rollator With Padded Seat, Backrest and Storage Bag

The VOCIC Z21 is VOCIC’s value pick: an affordable rollator walker that still gives you everything a good everyday rollator should. You get a padded seat with a curved backrest, hand brakes on both grips, four 8″ puncture-proof wheels and a storage bag under the seat. VOCIC rates it for users up to 300 lbs, and it weighs 19.36 lbs.

If you’ve been looking for a cheap rollator walker that doesn’t feel flimsy, the Z21 is worth a look. Aluminum alloy front tubes keep the weight down, and iron rear tubes form a steady triangle for when you sit. As a budget rollator with seat, it goes further than most: the seat height adjusts to three levels (20″ to 22″) and the handles adjust to five (31.5″ to 36.6″).

It folds for the car or a closet. Pick Red, Blue, Black, Silver or Orange in the dropdown above.

Why Choose the VOCIC Z21?

It covers the basics well without paying for extras you may not use. The seat and backrest give you a real place to rest, the 8″ wheels roll over thresholds and sidewalk seams, the brakes are right at your hands, and the bag holds up to 22 lbs of shopping. Both the seat and the handles adjust, so it can be set up for a shorter or taller user.

VOCIC rates it for 300 lbs and backs it with a 3-year end-user warranty on functional parts (coverage varies by component).

Who Is the VOCIC Z21 Best For?

The Z21 is a good fit for:

  • First-time rollator users who want a solid, simple model
  • People who need to stop and sit during errands, walks or appointments
  • A second rollator to keep in the car or at a family member’s home
  • Users who walk both indoors and on sidewalks
  • Shorter and average-height users: the seat goes as low as 20″ and the handles as low as 31.5″

Comparing types first? Our Complete Walker Buying Guide covers the choices, and the Walker Assessment Tool gives you a quick recommendation.

Who May Need a Different Rollator?

  • Users over 300 lbs: VOCIC’s spec table rates the Z21 for 300 lbs. Choose a heavy duty model.
  • Very narrow doorways at home: the Z21 is about 23.6″ wide. The VOCIC Z32 Slim Walker is 22″ wide (it has no seat).
  • Mostly rough outdoor ground: the VOCIC Z57 Large Wheel Rollator rolls on 12″ wheels.
  • Taller users: the handles go up to 36.6″. If your wrist-crease height is above that, look at a taller rollator.
  • Anyone who needs to be pushed while seated: a rollator isn’t a wheelchair. Use a transport chair for that.

300 lb Weight Capacity

VOCIC’s spec table rates the Z21 for users up to 300 lbs. The aluminum alloy front tubes are light and rust-resistant, and the iron rear tubes form a stable triangular structure, so the rollator stays steady when you push it and when you sit down.

Padded Seat That Adjusts From 20″ to 22″

The arc-shaped seat measures 14″ x 12″ with a 1.1″ cushion, and it adjusts to three heights between 20″ and 22″. That matters more than people expect: the right seat height lets you sit with your feet flat and stand back up without a struggle. A curved, padded backrest supports you while you rest.

Handles From 31.5″ to 36.6″

The handles adjust through five settings. To find yours, stand straight in your everyday shoes, let your arms hang relaxed at your sides and measure from the floor to the crease of your wrist. Set the handles at that height so your elbows bend slightly.

8″ Puncture-Proof Wheels

Four 8″ wheels with soft PVC tires mean nothing to inflate and nothing to go flat. The front wheels swivel all the way around for tight turns, and 8″ handles thresholds, rugs and curb cuts better than the small wheels on a basic walker.

Hand Brakes and Storage Bag

Each grip has its own brake lever with its own brake cable, so you can slow down or stop without taking your hands off the handles. Lock the brakes before you sit. Under the seat, the storage bag measures 13.3″ x 8.2″ x 7.8″ and VOCIC rates it for up to 22 lbs.

Choosing Your Options

There’s one dropdown: Color. Every color is the same Z21 rollator with the same frame, seat, wheels and measurements. Only the frame color changes.

Color VOCIC SKU What changes
Red RE-Z21-A-RD Frame color only
Blue Z21-A-BL-4.2 Frame color only
Black RE-Z21-A-BK-4 Frame color only
Silver RE-Z21-A-SV-3 Frame color only
Orange RE-Z21-A-OG-3 Frame color only

VOCIC notes that the actual color may look a little different from the photos. Questions about a color? Call us at 585-505-6665.

VOCIC Z21 vs. VOCIC Z57 Large Wheel Rollator

Both are four-wheel rollators with a seat. The Z21 is the everyday, value choice: 19.36 lbs, 8″ wheels, an adjustable-height seat and a storage bag, good for stores, sidewalks and the home. The Z57 is built for outdoor ground, with 12″ wheels that roll over grass, gravel and broken pavement more easily. If most of your walking is on smooth surfaces, the Z21 does the job. If you’re often on rough paths, step up to the Z57.

Common Problem → VOCIC Z21 Solution

Problem: Your mother needs a rollator for walks around the block and trips to the pharmacy, she wants a seat for when she gets tired, and she’s short enough that most rollator seats leave her feet dangling.

Solution: The Z21’s seat drops to 20″, and the handles go as low as 31.5″, so it can be set up for her. She gets a padded seat and backrest, brakes at her hands and a bag for her purse and prescriptions.

“Is it sturdy enough?” VOCIC rates it for 300 lbs, with iron rear tubes for a steady base when she sits.

Sizing & Fit

  • User height: VOCIC’s charts put the fit at about 5′ to 6’3″.
  • Handle height: 31.5″ to 36.6″ in five settings. Floor to wrist crease in everyday shoes should fall in that range.
  • Seat: 14″ x 12″, adjustable from 20″ to 22″ off the floor. Sit with your feet flat on the floor.
  • Doorways: about 23.6″ wide. Make sure doors and halls on your route are wider than that.
  • Weight: 300 lbs maximum.

Care & Cleaning

Follow the VOCIC instructions that come with the rollator. As general care, wipe the frame and seat with a damp cloth and mild soap, dry them, keep hair and debris out of the wheels, and check that the brakes hold and the knobs are tight before each use. VOCIC says the brakes and wheels can be replaced if they break. Call us at 585-505-6665 for parts.

What’s Included

VOCIC lists 2 front wheels, 2 rear wheels, 2 handles, the seat, 2 brake cables, the storage bag, the backrest and 2 knob screws. The parts come in one box, so expect a short assembly; call us if you’d like help.

Warranty

VOCIC backs the Z21 with a 3-year end-user warranty on functional parts (coverage varies by component); ask us for the current terms. VOCIC also offers 24-hour after-sales support, and we’ll help you with any warranty claim.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Return Policy

At MedCare Mobility, we understand that purchasing medical and mobility equipment is an important decision. Our goal is to make the ordering, delivery, and return process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Because many of the products we offer are large, specialized, or shipped directly from manufacturer and distributor warehouses, shipping and return requirements may vary somewhat by product and brand. The policy below explains what you can generally expect when ordering from MedCare Mobility.

Shipping & Order Processing

We ship medical and mobility equipment to customers throughout the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking information is provided once available.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days. Processing may include order verification, warehouse preparation, packaging, and coordination with the manufacturer or distributor.

Some specialty equipment, made-to-order products, oversized items, or products shipping directly from a manufacturer may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing or lead time shown on an individual product page should be considered part of the expected fulfillment timeframe for that item.

Transit & Delivery Time

Once shipped, many standard orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days. Larger medical equipment, freight shipments, specialty products, and certain manufacturer-direct orders may require additional transit time.

Tracking information will generally be emailed once the shipment has been processed by the carrier. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at info@medcaremobility.com.

Alaska, Hawaii & Special Shipping Areas

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote or limited-access areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. If an additional charge is required after your order is reviewed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever additional payment is necessary.

Freight & Oversized Equipment

Hospital beds, patient lifts, large recliners, ramps, and other oversized medical equipment may ship by freight rather than standard parcel service. Unless a specific delivery service is stated on the product page or order, freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable ordering from MedCare Mobility. Most eligible products may be returned when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.

Eligible products generally include:

  • Electric and power wheelchairs
  • Manual and lightweight wheelchairs
  • Mobility scooters
  • Walkers and rollators
  • Patient lifts
  • Wheelchair ramps
  • Hospital and homecare beds
  • Eligible medical mattresses
  • Geriatric and medical recliner chairs
  • Overbed tables
  • Bathroom benches and shower chairs
  • Other eligible medical and mobility equipment

Return eligibility can vary by manufacturer and product type. Products specifically identified as non-returnable, custom, made-to-order, or otherwise subject to special return terms are governed by those terms.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before shipping any product back. Returns must first be approved and issued a Return Authorization (RA) and the appropriate return shipping address.

You may request a return by emailing info@medcaremobility.com or contacting our customer service team through the live chat on our website.

Please do not return merchandise to an address shown on the original shipping label unless specifically instructed to do so. Many products ship directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses, and the correct return location may be different from the original shipping location.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be returned:

  • In brand-new and unused condition
  • In its complete original manufacturer packaging
  • With all manuals, components, hardware, accessories, and included materials
  • Without damage, modification, assembly wear, stains, odors, or other signs of use
  • In resalable condition upon inspection by the receiving warehouse or manufacturer

We strongly recommend keeping the original box, pallet, protective materials, and packaging until you are certain that you intend to keep the equipment. Large medical equipment can be difficult or impossible to return safely without its original packaging.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to a mandatory restocking fee, generally ranging from 15% to 20% of the applicable product price. The exact restocking percentage varies depending on the manufacturer, brand, and type of equipment being returned.

These restocking charges are assessed to us by the manufacturer or distributing warehouse when merchandise is returned. MedCare Mobility does not add the fee simply as a return penalty; when the manufacturer requires the charge, we must pass the applicable amount through as part of processing the return.

If you would like to know the applicable restocking percentage for a particular product before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help whenever that information is available from the manufacturer.

Return Shipping & Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the order when making a standard return.

Customers are responsible for arranging for the approved merchandise to be returned to the return address provided with the Return Authorization. In certain cases, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label or coordinate return transportation for your convenience. When provided, the applicable shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund.

Because some medical equipment is oversized or requires freight transportation, prepaid labels or carrier call tags may not be available for every product. Our customer service team will provide the available return instructions when your return is authorized.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, safety, customization, and manufacturer-policy reasons, certain products are not eligible for standard returns.

We currently do not accept returns on:

  • Parts & accessories
  • Wheelchair cushions and support accessories
  • Patient lift slings
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page

If a non-returnable product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Non-returnable status does not prevent us from assisting with a legitimate shipping damage, defect, warranty, or fulfillment issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer and carrier procedures.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take shipping damage seriously and will work with you to help resolve legitimate delivery issues.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify MedCare Mobility within 48 hours of delivery. Whenever possible, retain the shipping carton, pallet, packaging materials, and the product exactly as received and take clear photographs of the packaging and any visible damage.

Reporting damage promptly is important because carriers and manufacturers have limited timeframes for filing freight and shipping claims.

If you receive an incorrect product or believe there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us before returning or disposing of any merchandise or packaging so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Refused Deliveries

Please contact us before refusing a delivery unless the shipment has obvious significant freight damage and the carrier is documenting the damage at delivery.

A shipment that is refused for reasons unrelated to verified shipping damage may be treated as a standard return. Applicable restocking and shipping charges may therefore be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping Deadline

Once a return has been approved and return instructions or a return label have been issued, the merchandise must be shipped within 72 hours unless MedCare Mobility provides different instructions in writing.

This is particularly important when a return is approaching the end of the applicable return period. Returns shipped outside the authorized timeframe may be refused by the manufacturer or warehouse and may no longer qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by the applicable warehouse or manufacturer and the return has been confirmed to meet the return requirements.

The applicable restocking fee, shipping charges associated with the order, and any other authorized return-related charges will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.

If returned merchandise is used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging or components, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents the manufacturer or warehouse from accepting it as new and resalable merchandise, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced in accordance with the manufacturer’s assessment.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Products identified as custom, configured, made-to-order, special-order, or manufactured specifically for the customer cannot generally be canceled once production or manufacturer processing has begun and are not eligible for standard returns.

For custom products, cancellation may only be possible during the initial processing period and before production or customization begins. Because production schedules vary by manufacturer, we encourage customers to contact us immediately if a change is required.

If a custom product arrives damaged or has a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will work with the manufacturer to pursue the appropriate resolution, replacement components, repair, or other available remedy under the applicable manufacturer policy or warranty.

Questions Before Ordering?

Medical equipment can vary considerably in size, configuration, compatibility, and intended use. If you are unsure whether a product will work for your needs, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Our team is happy to help review product specifications, dimensions, options, compatibility, and available manufacturer information so you can make a more informed purchasing decision and reduce the possibility of needing a return.

For shipping, return, or product questions, contact us at info@medcaremobility.com or speak with us through the live chat on our website.
