Description
VOCIC Z57 Large Wheel Rollator – All-Terrain Rollator With 12″ Puncture-Proof Wheels and a Padded Seat
The VOCIC Z57 is a large wheel rollator made for getting outside: 12″ front wheels and 10″ rear wheels with puncture-proof, no-air rubber tires, an aluminum frame, an 18″ wide waterproof padded seat and a sponge-padded backrest. VOCIC rates it for users up to 300 lbs and calls it its all-terrain outdoor rollator.
If you walk on rough ground, the Z57 is built for the places small-wheel rollators struggle: grass at the park, gravel driveways, cracked sidewalks and curb cuts. It’s also a 12 inch wheel rollator for taller walkers, with handles that adjust from 36″ to 42″ in four steps. VOCIC lists it for users about 4’11” to 6’3″.
It folds to 31.3″ x 10.2″ x 36″ for the trunk, and the storage bag holds up to 11 lbs. Pick your color in the dropdown above: Yellow, Purple or Red.
Why Choose the VOCIC Z57?
Wheel size is what decides how a rollator handles rough ground. Smaller rollator wheels tend to catch in grass seams and gravel. The Z57’s 12″ front wheels roll over that kind of ground more easily, and because the tires are solid and inflation-free, there’s nothing to pump up and no flat to fix.
You also get a real place to rest: an 18″ wide seat with a waterproof Oxford cover over sponge padding and a high-density sponge backrest. VOCIC backs the Z57 with a 2-year end-user warranty.
Who Is the VOCIC Z57 Best For?
The Z57 is a good fit for:
- People who walk outdoors on grass, gravel, park paths or uneven sidewalks
- Taller users who need handles higher than a standard rollator offers (up to 42″)
- Anyone who wants a wider 18″ seat for resting during walks
- Users who are tired of flat or worn tires (the Z57’s tires are puncture-proof and need no air)
- People who walk the dog, visit the farmers market or take daily walks around the neighborhood
Still comparing rollators? Our Complete Walker Buying Guide walks through wheel size, seat height and weight, and the Walker Assessment Tool gives you a quick recommendation.
Who May Need a Different Rollator?
- Users over 300 lbs: choose a heavy duty rollator rated above your weight.
- People who need help slowing down on slopes: the VOCIC Z63 Adjustable Resistance Rollator has a dial that adds drag to the wheels.
- People who want motor help on hills: look at the VOCIC Z73 Electric Walker.
- Shorter users: the handles start at 36″. If your wrist-crease height is lower, a petite rollator fits better.
- Anyone who has to lift it often: at 21.8 lbs it’s heavier than a basic indoor rollator. See our lightweight rollators if weight matters most.
- Anyone who needs to be pushed while seated: a rollator isn’t a wheelchair. Use a transport chair.
12″ Front Wheels and 10″ Rear Wheels That Never Go Flat
VOCIC fits the Z57 with 12″ front wheels and 10″ rear wheels. The front wheels swivel for steering, and all four tires are rubber, puncture-proof and inflation-free, so there’s no air to check and nothing to patch. Bigger wheels roll over grass, gravel, thresholds and curb cuts with less effort than small ones.
300 lb Capacity, 21.8 lb Aluminum Frame
VOCIC rates the Z57 for up to 300 lbs. The aluminum alloy frame keeps the rollator at 21.8 lbs, including the 12″ wheels, the seat and the backrest.
18″ Wide Waterproof Seat With a Padded Backrest
The seat is 18″ wide and about 11″ deep, per VOCIC’s diagram, with a waterproof Oxford fabric cover over sponge padding, so a damp bench or a light rain won’t soak it. Behind it is a 21.7″ wide backrest of Oxford cloth over high-density sponge that gives firm support. VOCIC’s spec table lists a 21.85″ seat height.
Handles From 36″ to 42″ in 4 Steps
The handles adjust from 36″ to 42″ in four steps, and VOCIC lists the Z57 for users about 4’11” to 6’3″. Set them at your wrist-crease height, measured standing straight in your everyday shoes, so your elbows bend slightly. The grips are soft TPR.
Folds to 31.3″ x 10.2″ x 36″
The Z57 folds down to 31.3″ x 10.2″ x 36″, narrow enough to stand in a closet corner or lie in most trunks. VOCIC’s photos show it folded in a car trunk.
Storage Bag Rated for 11 lbs
A storage bag comes with the Z57, and VOCIC rates it for up to 11 lbs, enough for a water bottle, a jacket, a purse or a few groceries.
Choosing Your Options
There’s one dropdown: Color. Every color is the same Z57 with the same 12″ wheels, seat, backrest, handles and measurements. Only the frame color changes, so pick the one you like. The brighter colors are also easier for drivers and cyclists to spot on an outdoor walk.
| Color | VOCIC SKU | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Yellow | Z57-A-YL | Same rollator, color only |
| Purple | Z57-A-PP | Same rollator, color only |
| Red | Z57-A-RD | Same rollator, color only |
Questions about a color? Call us at 585-505-6665.
Z57 vs. the VOCIC Z63 Adjustable Resistance Rollator
Both are VOCIC aluminum rollators rated for 300 lbs with a seat and backrest. The Z57 is the one for rough ground and taller users: 12″ front wheels, an 18″ wide seat and handles that reach 42″. The Z63 is the one for control: a dial adds resistance to the wheels so the rollator doesn’t roll away from you on slopes, its seat height adjusts from 19.7″ to 21.3″, and its handles go lower (29.9″ to 35.8″). Pick the Z57 for outdoor terrain, the Z63 for speed control.
Common Problem → VOCIC Z57 Solution
Problem: Grandpa loves his walk to the park, but the small wheels on his old rollator dig into the grass and catch on the gravel path. The tires have gone flat twice, and there’s nowhere comfortable to sit halfway.
Solution: The Z57’s 12″ front wheels roll over grass and gravel more easily, the solid tires can’t go flat, and the 18″ padded seat with a backrest gives him a real break at the halfway point. His water bottle and jacket ride in the bag.
“Will it fit in our trunk?” It folds to 31.3″ x 10.2″ x 36″ and weighs 21.8 lbs, so it fits in most trunks. Measure yours first if it’s a small car.
Sizing & Fit
- User height: VOCIC lists about 4’11” to 6’3″.
- Handle height: floor to wrist crease in everyday shoes should land between 36″ and 42″.
- Seat: 18″ wide and about 11″ deep. VOCIC’s spec table lists a 21.85″ seat height; one VOCIC diagram shows 23.6″, so call us before you order if seat height is critical.
- Doorways: VOCIC’s diagram shows the open rollator about 22.8″ wide and 31.3″ long. Check that your doorways and halls are wider.
- Weight: 300 lbs maximum; the bag holds up to 11 lbs.
Care & Cleaning
VOCIC doesn’t publish separate care steps for the Z57. As general care, wipe the frame with a damp cloth and mild soap, wipe the waterproof seat and backrest clean and let them dry, rinse mud off the wheels after outdoor walks, and check that the brakes hold before each use. VOCIC says the brakes and wheels can be replaced if they break; call us at 585-505-6665 for parts.
What’s Included
VOCIC lists these parts in the box: 2 front wheels, 2 rear wheels, 2 handles, 2 knob screws, the seat, the bag, 2 brake cables and the backrest. That means some assembly when it arrives; ask us if you’d like the steps before you order.
Warranty
VOCIC backs the Z57 with a 2-year end-user warranty (coverage varies by component); ask us for the current terms. As an authorized dealer, we’ll help you with any warranty claim.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the VOCIC Z57?
It’s VOCIC’s all-terrain outdoor rollator: an aluminum four-wheel rollator with 12″ front wheels and 10″ rear wheels, puncture-proof tires, an 18″ wide padded seat, a padded backrest and a storage bag. It holds up to 300 lbs and weighs 21.8 lbs.
How big are the wheels?
The front wheels are 12″ and the rear wheels are 10″. VOCIC’s tires are rubber, puncture-proof and inflation-free, so they never need air.
Can I use it on grass and gravel?
Yes, that’s what it’s made for. VOCIC built the Z57 as an outdoor rollator, and its 12″ front wheels roll over grass, gravel and uneven sidewalks more easily than small wheels. Take steep slopes slowly and keep your hands near the brakes.
How much weight can it hold?
VOCIC rates it for a maximum of 300 lbs. The storage bag holds up to 11 lbs.
How much does the rollator weigh?
It weighs 21.8 lbs. The shipping weight is 28 lbs.
Will it fit my height?

How wide and how high is the seat?
The seat is 18″ wide and about 11″ deep. VOCIC’s spec table lists a 21.85″ seat height, but one VOCIC diagram shows 23.6″, so call us if seat height is critical and we’ll confirm it.
How do the brakes work?
There’s a hand brake on each handle, connected by brake cables. Squeeze to slow down. VOCIC’s Z57 page doesn’t describe the parking lock, so ask us how it sets, and always lock the brakes before you sit.
Does it fold for the car?
Yes. It folds to 31.3″ x 10.2″ x 36″, which fits in most trunks. Measure yours first if you drive a small car.
Does it come assembled?

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Return Policy
At MedCare Mobility, we understand that purchasing medical and mobility equipment is an important decision. Our goal is to make the ordering, delivery, and return process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Because many of the products we offer are large, specialized, or shipped directly from manufacturer and distributor warehouses, shipping and return requirements may vary somewhat by product and brand. The policy below explains what you can generally expect when ordering from MedCare Mobility.
Shipping & Order Processing
We ship medical and mobility equipment to customers throughout the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking information is provided once available.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days. Processing may include order verification, warehouse preparation, packaging, and coordination with the manufacturer or distributor.
Some specialty equipment, made-to-order products, oversized items, or products shipping directly from a manufacturer may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing or lead time shown on an individual product page should be considered part of the expected fulfillment timeframe for that item.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once shipped, many standard orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days. Larger medical equipment, freight shipments, specialty products, and certain manufacturer-direct orders may require additional transit time.
Tracking information will generally be emailed once the shipment has been processed by the carrier. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at info@medcaremobility.com.
Alaska, Hawaii & Special Shipping Areas
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote or limited-access areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. If an additional charge is required after your order is reviewed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever additional payment is necessary.
Freight & Oversized Equipment
Hospital beds, patient lifts, large recliners, ramps, and other oversized medical equipment may ship by freight rather than standard parcel service. Unless a specific delivery service is stated on the product page or order, freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from MedCare Mobility. Most eligible products may be returned when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.
Eligible products generally include:
- Electric and power wheelchairs
- Manual and lightweight wheelchairs
- Mobility scooters
- Walkers and rollators
- Patient lifts
- Wheelchair ramps
- Hospital and homecare beds
- Eligible medical mattresses
- Geriatric and medical recliner chairs
- Overbed tables
- Bathroom benches and shower chairs
- Other eligible medical and mobility equipment
Return eligibility can vary by manufacturer and product type. Products specifically identified as non-returnable, custom, made-to-order, or otherwise subject to special return terms are governed by those terms.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before shipping any product back. Returns must first be approved and issued a Return Authorization (RA) and the appropriate return shipping address.
You may request a return by emailing info@medcaremobility.com or contacting our customer service team through the live chat on our website.
Please do not return merchandise to an address shown on the original shipping label unless specifically instructed to do so. Many products ship directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses, and the correct return location may be different from the original shipping location.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be returned:
- In brand-new and unused condition
- In its complete original manufacturer packaging
- With all manuals, components, hardware, accessories, and included materials
- Without damage, modification, assembly wear, stains, odors, or other signs of use
- In resalable condition upon inspection by the receiving warehouse or manufacturer
We strongly recommend keeping the original box, pallet, protective materials, and packaging until you are certain that you intend to keep the equipment. Large medical equipment can be difficult or impossible to return safely without its original packaging.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a mandatory restocking fee, generally ranging from 15% to 20% of the applicable product price. The exact restocking percentage varies depending on the manufacturer, brand, and type of equipment being returned.
These restocking charges are assessed to us by the manufacturer or distributing warehouse when merchandise is returned. MedCare Mobility does not add the fee simply as a return penalty; when the manufacturer requires the charge, we must pass the applicable amount through as part of processing the return.
If you would like to know the applicable restocking percentage for a particular product before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help whenever that information is available from the manufacturer.
Return Shipping & Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the order when making a standard return.
Customers are responsible for arranging for the approved merchandise to be returned to the return address provided with the Return Authorization. In certain cases, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label or coordinate return transportation for your convenience. When provided, the applicable shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund.
Because some medical equipment is oversized or requires freight transportation, prepaid labels or carrier call tags may not be available for every product. Our customer service team will provide the available return instructions when your return is authorized.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, safety, customization, and manufacturer-policy reasons, certain products are not eligible for standard returns.
We currently do not accept returns on:
- Parts & accessories
- Wheelchair cushions and support accessories
- Patient lift slings
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page
If a non-returnable product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Non-returnable status does not prevent us from assisting with a legitimate shipping damage, defect, warranty, or fulfillment issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer and carrier procedures.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take shipping damage seriously and will work with you to help resolve legitimate delivery issues.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify MedCare Mobility within 48 hours of delivery. Whenever possible, retain the shipping carton, pallet, packaging materials, and the product exactly as received and take clear photographs of the packaging and any visible damage.
Reporting damage promptly is important because carriers and manufacturers have limited timeframes for filing freight and shipping claims.
If you receive an incorrect product or believe there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us before returning or disposing of any merchandise or packaging so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Refused Deliveries
Please contact us before refusing a delivery unless the shipment has obvious significant freight damage and the carrier is documenting the damage at delivery.
A shipment that is refused for reasons unrelated to verified shipping damage may be treated as a standard return. Applicable restocking and shipping charges may therefore be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping Deadline
Once a return has been approved and return instructions or a return label have been issued, the merchandise must be shipped within 72 hours unless MedCare Mobility provides different instructions in writing.
This is particularly important when a return is approaching the end of the applicable return period. Returns shipped outside the authorized timeframe may be refused by the manufacturer or warehouse and may no longer qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by the applicable warehouse or manufacturer and the return has been confirmed to meet the return requirements.
The applicable restocking fee, shipping charges associated with the order, and any other authorized return-related charges will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
If returned merchandise is used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging or components, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents the manufacturer or warehouse from accepting it as new and resalable merchandise, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced in accordance with the manufacturer’s assessment.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products identified as custom, configured, made-to-order, special-order, or manufactured specifically for the customer cannot generally be canceled once production or manufacturer processing has begun and are not eligible for standard returns.
For custom products, cancellation may only be possible during the initial processing period and before production or customization begins. Because production schedules vary by manufacturer, we encourage customers to contact us immediately if a change is required.
If a custom product arrives damaged or has a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will work with the manufacturer to pursue the appropriate resolution, replacement components, repair, or other available remedy under the applicable manufacturer policy or warranty.
Questions Before Ordering?
Medical equipment can vary considerably in size, configuration, compatibility, and intended use. If you are unsure whether a product will work for your needs, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Our team is happy to help review product specifications, dimensions, options, compatibility, and available manufacturer information so you can make a more informed purchasing decision and reduce the possibility of needing a return.
For shipping, return, or product questions, contact us at info@medcaremobility.com or speak with us through the live chat on our website.
