Description
Graham-Field Peachtree Wardrobe – Nursing Home Wardrobe and Armoire in Nine Configurations
The Graham-Field Peachtree Wardrobe is a nursing home wardrobe that gives a resident real hanging space in a room that has no closet, or not enough of one. It’s part of Graham-Field’s Peachtree Resident Room Furniture Collection, with an arched door profile and soft curves that feel like home.
There are nine ways to order it: two door wardrobes in 24″, 30″, 36″ and 42″ widths, two door, two drawer wardrobes in 24″, 30″ and 36″, a 42″ side-by-side four drawer wardrobe, and a 30″ four drawer armoire. The wardrobes are 76″ tall and 22″ deep, so this resident room wardrobe fits along a standard wall.
Like the rest of the Peachtree, it’s built from Graham-Field’s 3DL thermoformed casegoods, which Graham-Field says resist moisture and bacterial penetration and hold up to dents, cracks, scuffs and chips. Questions? Call us at 585-505-6665.
Why Choose the Peachtree Wardrobe?
A care home wardrobe is a tall piece in a busy room, so stability matters. Graham-Field builds the Peachtree wardrobes with two stiles across the back and a full bottom board, and each one has 4″ levelers you reach from four points on top with a screwdriver or socket ratchet, so it sits level on uneven floors. On request, Graham-Field can supply a gap-filler so the wardrobe can be attached to the wall. The clothes bar height is adjustable, and Graham-Field offers an ADA compliant clothes bar for each wardrobe.
Who Is the Peachtree Wardrobe Best For?
It’s a good fit for:
- Nursing homes and long-term care rooms without built-in closets
- Assisted living and memory care apartments
- Shared rooms where each resident needs their own hanging space
- Facilities replacing worn household wardrobes
Planning the whole room around a bed? See our Hospital Bed Buying Guide.
Who May Need a Different Option?
- Rooms with a low ceiling or a window in the way: the wardrobes are 76″ tall. The 66″ armoire is shorter.
- Anyone who only needs folded storage: a Peachtree dresser may be the better piece.
- Anyone who needs a table at the bed: look at the Graham-Field Overbed Table with Wood Top.
24″ to 42″ Wide, 76″ High
The wardrobes come 24″, 30″, 36″ and 42″ wide, all 22″ deep and 76″ high, per Graham-Field. The armoire is 30″ W x 23″ D x 66″ H.
Adjustable Clothes Bar
The clothes bar height is adjustable, so it can be set for a resident who stands or one who reaches from a wheelchair. Graham-Field’s literature says an ADA compliant clothes bar is available in each wardrobe.
4″ Levelers with Top Access
Four access points on top reach the 4″ levelers, which adjust with a screwdriver or socket ratchet to handle uneven floors.
Self-Closing Hidden Hinges
European-style hidden hinges swing 110 degrees and close on their own. Doors can be removed without taking the hinges off the door or the cabinet.
Drawer Models: Slides Tested to 100 lb
On the drawer models, the drawers are self-closing on metal slides that Graham-Field tested to 100 lb per drawer, with drawer stops for safety.
Choosing Your Options
All nine share the same 3DL surfaces, construction and finish options. Pick the width that fits the wall, then doors only or doors with drawers.

| B011-32 | Two door wardrobe, 30″ W |

| B021TV-32 | Armoire with 4 drawers, 30″ W x 23″ D x 66″ H |
On the 42″ models, Graham-Field’s literature shows four doors as standard. We’ll confirm the door layout with you when you order. Graham-Field makes the Peachtree in a range of wood-tone finishes (the photos show Cocobala). Call us at 585-505-6665 to choose your finish when you order.
Peachtree Wardrobe vs. a Household Wardrobe
A household wardrobe often has thin backs and no way to level it on an uneven floor. The Peachtree has two stiles across the back, a full bottom board, 4″ levelers adjustable from the top, an optional wall gap-filler, and 3DL thermoformed surfaces made for the cleaning and wear of a care setting.
Common Problem → Peachtree Solution
Problem: The room has no closet, and clothes end up piled on chairs.
Solution: A Peachtree wardrobe adds hanging space with an adjustable clothes bar, and the drawer models add folded storage below.
Can the doors lock? Graham-Field offers optional locks on wardrobe doors, with two keys per lock. Ask us.
Sizing & Fit
Measure the wall width, and check for 76″ of clear height (66″ for the armoire) plus room for the doors to swing. The wardrobes are 22″ deep. They ship by freight truck; we’ll reach out to schedule delivery.
Care & Cleaning
The tops, drawers and door fronts have no seams, which Graham-Field says makes them easier to clean. As general advice, wipe spills soon with a damp cloth and a mild cleaner.
What’s Included
One Peachtree wardrobe or armoire in the configuration you choose. Locks and a wall gap-filler are Graham-Field options; ask us.
Warranty
Graham-Field calls the Peachtree part of its 3DL collection, which carries an extended warranty, and its current Peachtree literature lists an 8 year warranty. Ask us for the full terms. We ship nationwide, delivered to your door, and our team is Rated No. 1 in customer service.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Return Policy
At MedCare Mobility, we understand that purchasing medical and mobility equipment is an important decision. Our goal is to make the ordering, delivery, and return process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Because many of the products we offer are large, specialized, or shipped directly from manufacturer and distributor warehouses, shipping and return requirements may vary somewhat by product and brand. The policy below explains what you can generally expect when ordering from MedCare Mobility.
Shipping & Order Processing
We ship medical and mobility equipment to customers throughout the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking information is provided once available.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days. Processing may include order verification, warehouse preparation, packaging, and coordination with the manufacturer or distributor.
Some specialty equipment, made-to-order products, oversized items, or products shipping directly from a manufacturer may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing or lead time shown on an individual product page should be considered part of the expected fulfillment timeframe for that item.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once shipped, many standard orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days. Larger medical equipment, freight shipments, specialty products, and certain manufacturer-direct orders may require additional transit time.
Tracking information will generally be emailed once the shipment has been processed by the carrier. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at info@medcaremobility.com.
Alaska, Hawaii & Special Shipping Areas
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote or limited-access areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. If an additional charge is required after your order is reviewed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever additional payment is necessary.
Freight & Oversized Equipment
Hospital beds, patient lifts, large recliners, ramps, and other oversized medical equipment may ship by freight rather than standard parcel service. Unless a specific delivery service is stated on the product page or order, freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from MedCare Mobility. Most eligible products may be returned when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.
Eligible products generally include:
- Electric and power wheelchairs
- Manual and lightweight wheelchairs
- Mobility scooters
- Walkers and rollators
- Patient lifts
- Wheelchair ramps
- Hospital and homecare beds
- Eligible medical mattresses
- Geriatric and medical recliner chairs
- Overbed tables
- Bathroom benches and shower chairs
- Other eligible medical and mobility equipment
Return eligibility can vary by manufacturer and product type. Products specifically identified as non-returnable, custom, made-to-order, or otherwise subject to special return terms are governed by those terms.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before shipping any product back. Returns must first be approved and issued a Return Authorization (RA) and the appropriate return shipping address.
You may request a return by emailing info@medcaremobility.com or contacting our customer service team through the live chat on our website.
Please do not return merchandise to an address shown on the original shipping label unless specifically instructed to do so. Many products ship directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses, and the correct return location may be different from the original shipping location.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be returned:
- In brand-new and unused condition
- In its complete original manufacturer packaging
- With all manuals, components, hardware, accessories, and included materials
- Without damage, modification, assembly wear, stains, odors, or other signs of use
- In resalable condition upon inspection by the receiving warehouse or manufacturer
We strongly recommend keeping the original box, pallet, protective materials, and packaging until you are certain that you intend to keep the equipment. Large medical equipment can be difficult or impossible to return safely without its original packaging.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a mandatory restocking fee, generally ranging from 15% to 20% of the applicable product price. The exact restocking percentage varies depending on the manufacturer, brand, and type of equipment being returned.
These restocking charges are assessed to us by the manufacturer or distributing warehouse when merchandise is returned. MedCare Mobility does not add the fee simply as a return penalty; when the manufacturer requires the charge, we must pass the applicable amount through as part of processing the return.
If you would like to know the applicable restocking percentage for a particular product before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help whenever that information is available from the manufacturer.
Return Shipping & Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the order when making a standard return.
Customers are responsible for arranging for the approved merchandise to be returned to the return address provided with the Return Authorization. In certain cases, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label or coordinate return transportation for your convenience. When provided, the applicable shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund.
Because some medical equipment is oversized or requires freight transportation, prepaid labels or carrier call tags may not be available for every product. Our customer service team will provide the available return instructions when your return is authorized.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, safety, customization, and manufacturer-policy reasons, certain products are not eligible for standard returns.
We currently do not accept returns on:
- Parts & accessories
- Wheelchair cushions and support accessories
- Patient lift slings
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page
If a non-returnable product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Non-returnable status does not prevent us from assisting with a legitimate shipping damage, defect, warranty, or fulfillment issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer and carrier procedures.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take shipping damage seriously and will work with you to help resolve legitimate delivery issues.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify MedCare Mobility within 48 hours of delivery. Whenever possible, retain the shipping carton, pallet, packaging materials, and the product exactly as received and take clear photographs of the packaging and any visible damage.
Reporting damage promptly is important because carriers and manufacturers have limited timeframes for filing freight and shipping claims.
If you receive an incorrect product or believe there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us before returning or disposing of any merchandise or packaging so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Refused Deliveries
Please contact us before refusing a delivery unless the shipment has obvious significant freight damage and the carrier is documenting the damage at delivery.
A shipment that is refused for reasons unrelated to verified shipping damage may be treated as a standard return. Applicable restocking and shipping charges may therefore be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping Deadline
Once a return has been approved and return instructions or a return label have been issued, the merchandise must be shipped within 72 hours unless MedCare Mobility provides different instructions in writing.
This is particularly important when a return is approaching the end of the applicable return period. Returns shipped outside the authorized timeframe may be refused by the manufacturer or warehouse and may no longer qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by the applicable warehouse or manufacturer and the return has been confirmed to meet the return requirements.
The applicable restocking fee, shipping charges associated with the order, and any other authorized return-related charges will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
If returned merchandise is used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging or components, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents the manufacturer or warehouse from accepting it as new and resalable merchandise, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced in accordance with the manufacturer’s assessment.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products identified as custom, configured, made-to-order, special-order, or manufactured specifically for the customer cannot generally be canceled once production or manufacturer processing has begun and are not eligible for standard returns.
For custom products, cancellation may only be possible during the initial processing period and before production or customization begins. Because production schedules vary by manufacturer, we encourage customers to contact us immediately if a change is required.
If a custom product arrives damaged or has a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will work with the manufacturer to pursue the appropriate resolution, replacement components, repair, or other available remedy under the applicable manufacturer policy or warranty.
Questions Before Ordering?
Medical equipment can vary considerably in size, configuration, compatibility, and intended use. If you are unsure whether a product will work for your needs, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Our team is happy to help review product specifications, dimensions, options, compatibility, and available manufacturer information so you can make a more informed purchasing decision and reduce the possibility of needing a return.
For shipping, return, or product questions, contact us at info@medcaremobility.com or speak with us through the live chat on our website.
