Description

The Invacare stand assist sling is designed to make standing transfers safer, smoother, and more comfortable for patients who can bear some weight but still need meaningful support. The Invacare Premier Series Stand-Assist Sling is built for cooperative users who are partially dependent, have 50% or greater weight-bearing capacity, and maintain head and neck control. When paired with a compatible Invacare stand-up lift, this sling helps support more confident transfers while reducing strain on caregivers.

This Invacare sit to stand sling is especially useful for quick toileting, weight-bearing practice, and routine transfers from bed to chair or chair to bed. Its reinforced back support, padded construction, and non-slip patient side help create a secure and comfortable fit during standing transfers. For home care, rehabilitation, long-term care, and clinical use, it offers a dependable solution for patients who need standing support but do not require a full body sling.

Designed for ease of use, the sling features clear labeling and easy attachment points so caregivers can apply it more confidently. That makes it a strong option for care settings where safety, speed, patient comfort, and proper fit all matter every single day.

Who This Invacare Stand Assist Sling Is Best For

This Invacare stand assist sling is intended for cooperative users who are partially dependent but still have enough strength and control to participate in the transfer. It is best for patients who cannot stand independently, but who can still bear a meaningful portion of their weight when supported by a compatible stand-up lift.

✔️ Users with 50% or greater weight-bearing capacity
✔️ Patients with head and neck control
✔️ Cooperative users able to participate in transfers
✔️ Individuals needing quick toileting support
✔️ Patients practicing supported weight bearing
✔️ Users transferring between bed and chair
✔️ Care settings where repeated standing assistance is needed

If the patient is fully dependent, cannot participate, or cannot tolerate a standing transfer, a full body sling may be more appropriate than an Invacare sit to stand sling.

Where This Sling Helps Most

This Invacare sit to stand sling is made for real-world daily care routines where standing support is needed, but total body lifting is not. It is especially effective when caregivers need a secure, repeatable transfer solution for patients who still have partial standing ability.

✔️ Bed to chair transfers
✔️ Chair to bed transfers
✔️ Quick toileting assistance
✔️ Supported weight-bearing practice
✔️ Safer standing routines in rehab or home care
✔️ More efficient daily transfer support

Because it is designed for partially dependent users, it can help bridge the gap between full dependence and safer active participation during care.

Comfort, Fit & Patient Support

One of the most important benefits of this Invacare stand assist sling is the way it balances support with comfort. The sling is well padded and includes non-slip material on the patient-contact side to help maintain a more stable and comfortable transfer position.

✔️ Reinforced back support improves stability
✔️ Well-padded design supports patient comfort
✔️ Non-slip surface helps reduce shifting
✔️ Easily adjusted for a secure fit
✔️ Clear labeling supports easier application

These features are especially valuable for users who need frequent transfers and for caregivers who need a sling that can be applied with more confidence and consistency.

This Invacare sit to stand sling is designed for use with compatible Invacare Stand-Up Lifts. Proper lift compatibility should always be confirmed before purchase to help ensure safe performance and correct fit.
