Description
Stander Elite Travel Rollator – Lightweight Travel Rollator That Folds to 11″ x 10″
The Stander Elite Travel Rollator is a travel rollator made to go wherever you go. Stander calls it the world’s most compact folding rollator: it folds 3 times smaller than the average rollator, down to about 11″ x 10″, and it weighs just 14.5 lbs in the Standard size (13.5 lbs in the Short size).
For a compact folding rollator, it doesn’t skimp. You get a seat with a padded backrest, four 6″ wheels, locking hand brakes, and a faux-leather organizer pouch and basket. Stander rates both sizes for up to 250 lbs.
It’s a lightweight travel rollator that comes in two sizes, Standard and Short, so shorter users get handles and a seat that actually fit them. Pick your size in the dropdown above. It arrives ready to use in Champagne Gold.
Why Choose the Elite Travel Rollator?
It’s light, it folds tiny, and it comes in a real short size. A lot of travel rollators are one-size-fits-most, which leaves petite users hunching over handles that are too high. The Elite Travel Rollator’s Short size has 27″ to 30″ handles and a 17″ seat, so a shorter person can walk upright and sit with their feet on the floor.
Stander also includes the faux-leather pouch and basket, and there’s no assembly.
Who Is the Elite Travel Rollator Best For?
This rollator is a good fit for:
- Travelers who need a rollator that fits in a trunk, an overhead space or a small closet
- People up to 250 lbs who want a seat and backrest for quick breaks
- Shorter users, about 4’9″ to 5’3″ per Stander, in the Short size
- Average to tall users, about 5’4″ to 6’3″ per Stander, in the Standard size
- Anyone who walks indoors, outdoors and on trips
Not sure a rollator is the right walker? Start with our Walker Knowledge Base or try the Walker Assessment Tool.
Who May Need a Different Rollator?
- Users over 250 lbs: choose the Stander Elite Travel Rollator HD, rated for 450 lbs.
- People who walk on rough ground a lot: the Elite Travel uses 6″ wheels. The Stander Wonder Rollator Plus with 8″ Wheels rolls on 8″ all-terrain wheels for grass, gravel and broken sidewalks.
- Users taller than about 6’3″: the Standard handles stop at 36″. Call us for a taller option.
- Anyone who needs to be pushed while seated: a rollator isn’t a transport chair. Lock the brakes before sitting and don’t move it while seated.
Choosing Your Options
There’s one dropdown: Size. Both sizes use the same frame design, 6″ wheels, brakes, pouch and basket, and both hold 250 lbs. The difference is how tall the rollator is.
- Standard (handles 33″-36″): fits most users about 5’4″ to 6’3″, per Stander. Seat 22″ high.
- Short (handles 27″-30″): fits most users about 4’9″ to 5’3″, per Stander. Seat 17″ high. Stander calls this the “micro” size in some of its text.
To choose, stand straight in your everyday shoes with your arms relaxed and measure from the floor to your wrist crease. Pick the size whose handle range includes that number. Stander notes that recommended heights are an estimate, since arm length and body type matter too.
| Size | Stander item # | Handle height | Seat height | Seat (W x D) | Weight | Open width x depth |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard (handles 33″-36″) | 7670-CG | 33″ to 36″ | 22″ | 18.5″ x 6″ | 14.5 lbs | 26.5″ x 25″ |
| Short (handles 27″-30″) | 7675-CG | 27″ to 30″ | 17″ | 15.5″ x 6″ | 13.5 lbs | 25″ x 22″ |
Both sizes fold to about 11″ x 10″ and come in Champagne Gold. Between sizes? Call us at 585-505-6665 and we’ll help you pick.
Folds 3 Times Smaller: About 11″ x 10″
Stander’s patented EZ Fold-N-Go design folds the Elite Travel Rollator 3 times smaller than the average rollator, to a collapsed size of about 11″ x 10″ in either size. To open it, undo the buckle, pull the handles apart and push down on the seat. To close it, pull up between the seat pads and push the handles together.
Just 14.5 lbs (Standard) or 13.5 lbs (Short)
The Standard size weighs 14.5 lbs and the Short size weighs 13.5 lbs. That’s the weight you lift into the car every time, so it matters. Most people can handle it on their own.
250 lb Weight Capacity
Stander rates both sizes for up to 250 lbs, for walking and for sitting on the seat.
Seat With Padded Backrest
The seat is fixed in height, 22″ on the Standard and 17″ on the Short, with a padded backrest for quick breaks. Always lock both brakes before you sit.
Four 6″ Wheels and Locking Hand Brakes
Four 6″ wheels handle indoor floors, sidewalks and travel. Pull the brake levers up to slow down, and push them down to lock the wheels before you sit or stand. If the brakes start to feel loose, twist the cable thumb screw above the wheel counterclockwise to bring the brake pad closer to the wheel.
Elite Travel Rollator vs. Wonder Rollator Plus 8″
Both are Stander EZ Fold-N-Go rollators rated for 250 lbs with a seat, brakes and storage included. The Elite Travel Rollator is the lighter, smaller-wheeled travel model, in Standard or Short size, with a faux-leather pouch and basket. The Stander Wonder Rollator Plus with 8″ Wheels weighs 15 lbs, comes in one size (32.75″ to 35″ handles) and rolls on 8″ all-terrain wheels. Choose the Elite Travel for trips and for shorter users; choose the 8″ model for daily outdoor walks.
Common Problem → Elite Travel Rollator Solution
Problem: Grandma is 4’11”. Every rollator she’s tried has handles too high and a seat her feet don’t reach, and the family wants something she can take on a flight to see the grandkids.
Solution: The Elite Travel Rollator in the Short size has 27″ to 30″ handles and a 17″ seat. It weighs 13.5 lbs and folds to about 11″ x 10″, so it travels easily.
“Will it hold her purse and her pills for the trip?” Yes. The faux-leather organizer pouch and the basket come with it.
Sizing & Fit
- Handle height: Standard 33″ to 36″; Short 27″ to 30″. Measure floor to wrist crease in everyday shoes.
- Seat: Standard 18.5″ x 6″, 22″ high; Short 15.5″ x 6″, 17″ high.
- Open width: Standard 26.5″; Short 25″. Doorways on your route should be wider than that.
- Folded: about 11″ x 10″ in either size.
- Weight limit: 250 lbs, both sizes.
Care & Cleaning
Read the Stander instructions that come with the rollator before first use. Check the brakes each time you use it, since cables stretch and brake pads wear over time. As general care, wipe the frame, seat and pouch with a damp cloth and mild soap, dry them, and keep the wheels free of hair and debris. Stander sells replacement 6″ wheels and a replacement basket. If the brakes don’t hold, stop using it and call us at 585-505-6665.
What’s Included
The rollator comes ready to use with a faux-leather organizer pouch and a basket. Stander sells a tray, cup holder, cane holder and side pouches separately. Ask us if you’d like any of them.
Warranty
Stander’s instructions for the Elite Travel Rollator list a 1-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser. As an authorized Stander dealer, we’ll help with any claim. Call 585-505-6665.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Return Policy
At MedCare Mobility, we understand that purchasing medical and mobility equipment is an important decision. Our goal is to make the ordering, delivery, and return process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Because many of the products we offer are large, specialized, or shipped directly from manufacturer and distributor warehouses, shipping and return requirements may vary somewhat by product and brand. The policy below explains what you can generally expect when ordering from MedCare Mobility.
Shipping & Order Processing
We ship medical and mobility equipment to customers throughout the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking information is provided once available.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days. Processing may include order verification, warehouse preparation, packaging, and coordination with the manufacturer or distributor.
Some specialty equipment, made-to-order products, oversized items, or products shipping directly from a manufacturer may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing or lead time shown on an individual product page should be considered part of the expected fulfillment timeframe for that item.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once shipped, many standard orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days. Larger medical equipment, freight shipments, specialty products, and certain manufacturer-direct orders may require additional transit time.
Tracking information will generally be emailed once the shipment has been processed by the carrier. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at info@medcaremobility.com.
Alaska, Hawaii & Special Shipping Areas
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote or limited-access areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. If an additional charge is required after your order is reviewed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever additional payment is necessary.
Freight & Oversized Equipment
Hospital beds, patient lifts, large recliners, ramps, and other oversized medical equipment may ship by freight rather than standard parcel service. Unless a specific delivery service is stated on the product page or order, freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from MedCare Mobility. Most eligible products may be returned when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.
Eligible products generally include:
- Electric and power wheelchairs
- Manual and lightweight wheelchairs
- Mobility scooters
- Walkers and rollators
- Patient lifts
- Wheelchair ramps
- Hospital and homecare beds
- Eligible medical mattresses
- Geriatric and medical recliner chairs
- Overbed tables
- Bathroom benches and shower chairs
- Other eligible medical and mobility equipment
Return eligibility can vary by manufacturer and product type. Products specifically identified as non-returnable, custom, made-to-order, or otherwise subject to special return terms are governed by those terms.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before shipping any product back. Returns must first be approved and issued a Return Authorization (RA) and the appropriate return shipping address.
You may request a return by emailing info@medcaremobility.com or contacting our customer service team through the live chat on our website.
Please do not return merchandise to an address shown on the original shipping label unless specifically instructed to do so. Many products ship directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses, and the correct return location may be different from the original shipping location.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be returned:
- In brand-new and unused condition
- In its complete original manufacturer packaging
- With all manuals, components, hardware, accessories, and included materials
- Without damage, modification, assembly wear, stains, odors, or other signs of use
- In resalable condition upon inspection by the receiving warehouse or manufacturer
We strongly recommend keeping the original box, pallet, protective materials, and packaging until you are certain that you intend to keep the equipment. Large medical equipment can be difficult or impossible to return safely without its original packaging.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a mandatory restocking fee, generally ranging from 15% to 20% of the applicable product price. The exact restocking percentage varies depending on the manufacturer, brand, and type of equipment being returned.
These restocking charges are assessed to us by the manufacturer or distributing warehouse when merchandise is returned. MedCare Mobility does not add the fee simply as a return penalty; when the manufacturer requires the charge, we must pass the applicable amount through as part of processing the return.
If you would like to know the applicable restocking percentage for a particular product before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help whenever that information is available from the manufacturer.
Return Shipping & Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the order when making a standard return.
Customers are responsible for arranging for the approved merchandise to be returned to the return address provided with the Return Authorization. In certain cases, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label or coordinate return transportation for your convenience. When provided, the applicable shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund.
Because some medical equipment is oversized or requires freight transportation, prepaid labels or carrier call tags may not be available for every product. Our customer service team will provide the available return instructions when your return is authorized.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, safety, customization, and manufacturer-policy reasons, certain products are not eligible for standard returns.
We currently do not accept returns on:
- Parts & accessories
- Wheelchair cushions and support accessories
- Patient lift slings
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page
If a non-returnable product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Non-returnable status does not prevent us from assisting with a legitimate shipping damage, defect, warranty, or fulfillment issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer and carrier procedures.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take shipping damage seriously and will work with you to help resolve legitimate delivery issues.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify MedCare Mobility within 48 hours of delivery. Whenever possible, retain the shipping carton, pallet, packaging materials, and the product exactly as received and take clear photographs of the packaging and any visible damage.
Reporting damage promptly is important because carriers and manufacturers have limited timeframes for filing freight and shipping claims.
If you receive an incorrect product or believe there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us before returning or disposing of any merchandise or packaging so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Refused Deliveries
Please contact us before refusing a delivery unless the shipment has obvious significant freight damage and the carrier is documenting the damage at delivery.
A shipment that is refused for reasons unrelated to verified shipping damage may be treated as a standard return. Applicable restocking and shipping charges may therefore be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping Deadline
Once a return has been approved and return instructions or a return label have been issued, the merchandise must be shipped within 72 hours unless MedCare Mobility provides different instructions in writing.
This is particularly important when a return is approaching the end of the applicable return period. Returns shipped outside the authorized timeframe may be refused by the manufacturer or warehouse and may no longer qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by the applicable warehouse or manufacturer and the return has been confirmed to meet the return requirements.
The applicable restocking fee, shipping charges associated with the order, and any other authorized return-related charges will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
If returned merchandise is used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging or components, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents the manufacturer or warehouse from accepting it as new and resalable merchandise, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced in accordance with the manufacturer’s assessment.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products identified as custom, configured, made-to-order, special-order, or manufactured specifically for the customer cannot generally be canceled once production or manufacturer processing has begun and are not eligible for standard returns.
For custom products, cancellation may only be possible during the initial processing period and before production or customization begins. Because production schedules vary by manufacturer, we encourage customers to contact us immediately if a change is required.
If a custom product arrives damaged or has a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will work with the manufacturer to pursue the appropriate resolution, replacement components, repair, or other available remedy under the applicable manufacturer policy or warranty.
Questions Before Ordering?
Medical equipment can vary considerably in size, configuration, compatibility, and intended use. If you are unsure whether a product will work for your needs, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Our team is happy to help review product specifications, dimensions, options, compatibility, and available manufacturer information so you can make a more informed purchasing decision and reduce the possibility of needing a return.
For shipping, return, or product questions, contact us at info@medcaremobility.com or speak with us through the live chat on our website.
