Description
Stander Wonder Rollator Plus with 8″ Wheels – Outdoor Rollator With Seat That Folds 3 Times Smaller
The Stander Wonder Rollator Plus with 8″ Wheels takes Stander’s compact Wonder Rollator and puts it on four larger 8″ all-terrain wheels. You still get the built-in seat and backrest, locking hand brakes, a basket and an organizer pouch, and the patented EZ Fold-N-Go frame that Stander says folds 3 times smaller than the average rollator. The whole rollator weighs 15 lbs and Stander rates it for up to 250 lbs.
If you want a rollator with 8 inch wheels but don’t want a big, bulky frame, this is the one to look at. Bigger wheels roll more easily over sidewalk cracks, grass, gravel paths and parking lot bumps, which is why it makes a good outdoor rollator for people who walk outside every day.
It’s also a true folding rollator with seat: lock the brakes and sit down when you need a break, then fold it small enough for a car trunk, a bus, a train or an airplane. It comes in Black Walnut and arrives ready to use out of the box.
Why Choose the Wonder Rollator Plus with 8″ Wheels?
Most compact rollators save space by using small wheels, and small wheels are the first thing you notice on rough ground. This model keeps the Wonder Rollator’s small fold and adds 8″ wheels. Stander’s user guide says the 8″ wheels are there “for easier maneuverability in rough terrain.”
It only weighs half a pound more than the regular Wonder Rollator Plus (15 lbs vs. 14.5 lbs in Stander’s comparison chart), and it still comes with the basket and organizer pouch. Stander backs it with a limited lifetime warranty.
Who Is the Wonder Rollator Plus 8″ Best For?
This rollator is a good fit for:
- People who walk outside a lot: sidewalks, parks, driveways, parking lots and grass
- Travelers who want a rollator that folds small for the car, bus, train or plane
- Users up to 250 lbs whose wrist-crease height falls between 32.75″ and 35″
- Anyone who wants a seat and backrest for quick rests during errands or walks
- People who want their basket and pouch included, not sold as extras
Still comparing walker types? Our Walker Knowledge Base answers the common fit and safety questions, and the Walker Assessment Tool gives a quick recommendation.
Who May Need a Different Rollator?
- Users over 250 lbs: Stander rates the Stander Elite Travel Rollator HD for 450 lbs.
- Shorter users: the handles on this model only go down to 32.75″. If your wrist-crease height is lower, the Short size of the Stander Elite Travel Rollator adjusts from 27″ to 30″.
- Taller users: the handles top out at 35″. If you measure higher than that, call us and we’ll suggest a taller model.
- Mostly indoor use: if you rarely go outside, the Stander EZ Fold-N-Go Wonder Rollator comes in Standard and Short sizes and more colors.
- Anyone who needs to be pushed while seated: Stander says this is a walking aid and not a transportation device. Use a transport chair instead.
Four 8″ All-Terrain Wheels
The 8″ wheels are the reason to choose this model. A larger wheel rides over small bumps, cracks and soft ground that can catch a 6″ wheel, so you push less and stumble less. Stander calls this a “four-wheel walker with seat & all-terrain wheels” in its comparison chart. Stander also sells replacement wheel sets for this model when the originals wear out.
Folds 3 Times Smaller With EZ Fold-N-Go
Stander’s patented EZ Fold-N-Go design folds the rollator 3 times smaller than the average rollator. To close it, pull up on the handle between the seat pads, push the handles together and snap the buckle. To open it, undo the buckle, pull the handles apart and push down on the seat. At 15 lbs, most people can lift it into a car on their own.
250 lb Weight Capacity
Stander rates the Wonder Rollator Plus with 8″ Wheels for up to 250 lbs. That’s the limit for walking with it and for sitting on the seat. Over 250 lbs, choose a heavy-duty model.
Handles That Adjust From 32.75″ to 35″
Handle height adjusts from 32.75″ to 35″. With the rollator open, remove the knobs, line up the holes in the handle tubes at the height you want, then put the knobs back in and tighten them. Set the handles near your wrist crease when you stand straight with your arms relaxed, so your elbows bend slightly while you walk.
Built-In Seat and Backrest
The seat and backrest are part of the frame, so there’s nothing to attach. Stander lists the Wonder Rollator seat at 18.5″ wide and 6″ deep, fixed at 22″ high. Always lock both brakes before you sit, and never move the rollator while you’re sitting on it.
Locking Hand Brakes
The hand brakes do two jobs. Pull the brake lever up to slow down while you walk. Push the lever down to lock the wheels so the rollator stays put while you stand or sit. Check the brakes each time you use it. Brake cables stretch and pads wear over time, so adjust or replace them when braking feels weak.
Choosing Your Options
There’s no dropdown on this page. Stander makes the Wonder Rollator Plus with 8″ Wheels in one size and one color:
| Stander item # | Color | Handle height |
|---|---|---|
| 4395-BW | Black Walnut | 32.75″ to 35″ |
Need a different size or color? The Stander EZ Fold-N-Go Wonder Rollator comes in Standard and Short sizes. Call us at 585-505-6665 and we’ll help you choose.
Wonder Rollator Plus 8″ vs. the Regular Wonder Rollator Plus
Both use Stander’s EZ Fold-N-Go frame, both hold 250 lbs, and both come with a basket and pouch. Here’s how Stander’s own numbers compare:
- Wheels: 8″ all-terrain on this model; 6″ on the regular Wonder Rollator Plus.
- Weight: 15 lbs vs. 14.5 lbs.
- Sizes: one size here (32.75″ to 35″ handles); the regular model has Standard (33″ to 36″) and Short (27″ to 30″).
- Colors: Black Walnut here; the regular model comes in several colors.
Pick the 8″ version if you’re outside most days. Pick the regular Stander EZ Fold-N-Go Wonder Rollator if you mostly walk indoors or need the Short size.
Common Problem → Wonder Rollator Plus 8″ Solution
Problem: Dad’s small rollator folds nicely for the car, but its little wheels catch on every sidewalk crack and won’t roll on the grass at the park. He’s started leaving it in the trunk.
Solution: The Wonder Rollator Plus with 8″ Wheels folds just as small but rolls on 8″ all-terrain wheels. He can push it over cracks and grass, sit down on the built-in seat when he’s tired, and keep his phone and keys in the organizer pouch.
“Will it still fit in the trunk with the groceries?” Yes. Stander says it folds 3 times smaller than the average rollator, and it weighs 15 lbs.
Sizing & Fit
- Handle height: stand straight in everyday shoes, arms relaxed, and measure from the floor to your wrist crease. This model fits a measurement between 32.75″ and 35″.
- Seat: 18.5″ wide x 6″ deep, 22″ off the floor (Stander’s Wonder Rollator figures).
- Weight limit: 250 lbs.
- Overall width, depth and folded size: Stander doesn’t publish these for the 8″ model. Call us before you order if a doorway or trunk is tight.
Care & Cleaning
Read the Stander user guide that comes with the rollator before first use. Check the brakes and look for loose or broken parts each time you use it, and don’t let it get thrown or dropped when you travel. As general care, wipe the frame, seat and pouch with a damp cloth and mild soap, dry them, and keep the wheels free of hair and debris. If the brakes don’t hold, stop using it and call us at 585-505-6665.
What’s Included
Stander includes the basket and the organizer pouch, and the rollator comes ready to use: unfold it and set the handle height. Stander sells extras separately, including a tray, cup holder, cane holder, side pouches and replacement 8″ wheels. Ask us if you’d like any of them.
Warranty
Stander’s user guide gives the Wonder Rollator Plus with 8″ Wheels a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser. Wear items such as brake pads, hand grips, wheels and ski glides aren’t covered. As an authorized Stander dealer, we’ll help you with any claim. Call 585-505-6665.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Return Policy
At MedCare Mobility, we understand that purchasing medical and mobility equipment is an important decision. Our goal is to make the ordering, delivery, and return process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Because many of the products we offer are large, specialized, or shipped directly from manufacturer and distributor warehouses, shipping and return requirements may vary somewhat by product and brand. The policy below explains what you can generally expect when ordering from MedCare Mobility.
Shipping & Order Processing
We ship medical and mobility equipment to customers throughout the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking information is provided once available.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days. Processing may include order verification, warehouse preparation, packaging, and coordination with the manufacturer or distributor.
Some specialty equipment, made-to-order products, oversized items, or products shipping directly from a manufacturer may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing or lead time shown on an individual product page should be considered part of the expected fulfillment timeframe for that item.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once shipped, many standard orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days. Larger medical equipment, freight shipments, specialty products, and certain manufacturer-direct orders may require additional transit time.
Tracking information will generally be emailed once the shipment has been processed by the carrier. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at info@medcaremobility.com.
Alaska, Hawaii & Special Shipping Areas
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote or limited-access areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. If an additional charge is required after your order is reviewed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever additional payment is necessary.
Freight & Oversized Equipment
Hospital beds, patient lifts, large recliners, ramps, and other oversized medical equipment may ship by freight rather than standard parcel service. Unless a specific delivery service is stated on the product page or order, freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from MedCare Mobility. Most eligible products may be returned when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.
Eligible products generally include:
- Electric and power wheelchairs
- Manual and lightweight wheelchairs
- Mobility scooters
- Walkers and rollators
- Patient lifts
- Wheelchair ramps
- Hospital and homecare beds
- Eligible medical mattresses
- Geriatric and medical recliner chairs
- Overbed tables
- Bathroom benches and shower chairs
- Other eligible medical and mobility equipment
Return eligibility can vary by manufacturer and product type. Products specifically identified as non-returnable, custom, made-to-order, or otherwise subject to special return terms are governed by those terms.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before shipping any product back. Returns must first be approved and issued a Return Authorization (RA) and the appropriate return shipping address.
You may request a return by emailing info@medcaremobility.com or contacting our customer service team through the live chat on our website.
Please do not return merchandise to an address shown on the original shipping label unless specifically instructed to do so. Many products ship directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses, and the correct return location may be different from the original shipping location.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be returned:
- In brand-new and unused condition
- In its complete original manufacturer packaging
- With all manuals, components, hardware, accessories, and included materials
- Without damage, modification, assembly wear, stains, odors, or other signs of use
- In resalable condition upon inspection by the receiving warehouse or manufacturer
We strongly recommend keeping the original box, pallet, protective materials, and packaging until you are certain that you intend to keep the equipment. Large medical equipment can be difficult or impossible to return safely without its original packaging.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a mandatory restocking fee, generally ranging from 15% to 20% of the applicable product price. The exact restocking percentage varies depending on the manufacturer, brand, and type of equipment being returned.
These restocking charges are assessed to us by the manufacturer or distributing warehouse when merchandise is returned. MedCare Mobility does not add the fee simply as a return penalty; when the manufacturer requires the charge, we must pass the applicable amount through as part of processing the return.
If you would like to know the applicable restocking percentage for a particular product before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help whenever that information is available from the manufacturer.
Return Shipping & Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the order when making a standard return.
Customers are responsible for arranging for the approved merchandise to be returned to the return address provided with the Return Authorization. In certain cases, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label or coordinate return transportation for your convenience. When provided, the applicable shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund.
Because some medical equipment is oversized or requires freight transportation, prepaid labels or carrier call tags may not be available for every product. Our customer service team will provide the available return instructions when your return is authorized.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, safety, customization, and manufacturer-policy reasons, certain products are not eligible for standard returns.
We currently do not accept returns on:
- Parts & accessories
- Wheelchair cushions and support accessories
- Patient lift slings
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page
If a non-returnable product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Non-returnable status does not prevent us from assisting with a legitimate shipping damage, defect, warranty, or fulfillment issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer and carrier procedures.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take shipping damage seriously and will work with you to help resolve legitimate delivery issues.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify MedCare Mobility within 48 hours of delivery. Whenever possible, retain the shipping carton, pallet, packaging materials, and the product exactly as received and take clear photographs of the packaging and any visible damage.
Reporting damage promptly is important because carriers and manufacturers have limited timeframes for filing freight and shipping claims.
If you receive an incorrect product or believe there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us before returning or disposing of any merchandise or packaging so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Refused Deliveries
Please contact us before refusing a delivery unless the shipment has obvious significant freight damage and the carrier is documenting the damage at delivery.
A shipment that is refused for reasons unrelated to verified shipping damage may be treated as a standard return. Applicable restocking and shipping charges may therefore be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping Deadline
Once a return has been approved and return instructions or a return label have been issued, the merchandise must be shipped within 72 hours unless MedCare Mobility provides different instructions in writing.
This is particularly important when a return is approaching the end of the applicable return period. Returns shipped outside the authorized timeframe may be refused by the manufacturer or warehouse and may no longer qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by the applicable warehouse or manufacturer and the return has been confirmed to meet the return requirements.
The applicable restocking fee, shipping charges associated with the order, and any other authorized return-related charges will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
If returned merchandise is used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging or components, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents the manufacturer or warehouse from accepting it as new and resalable merchandise, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced in accordance with the manufacturer’s assessment.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products identified as custom, configured, made-to-order, special-order, or manufactured specifically for the customer cannot generally be canceled once production or manufacturer processing has begun and are not eligible for standard returns.
For custom products, cancellation may only be possible during the initial processing period and before production or customization begins. Because production schedules vary by manufacturer, we encourage customers to contact us immediately if a change is required.
If a custom product arrives damaged or has a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will work with the manufacturer to pursue the appropriate resolution, replacement components, repair, or other available remedy under the applicable manufacturer policy or warranty.
Questions Before Ordering?
Medical equipment can vary considerably in size, configuration, compatibility, and intended use. If you are unsure whether a product will work for your needs, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Our team is happy to help review product specifications, dimensions, options, compatibility, and available manufacturer information so you can make a more informed purchasing decision and reduce the possibility of needing a return.
For shipping, return, or product questions, contact us at info@medcaremobility.com or speak with us through the live chat on our website.
