Description
VOCIC Z73 Electric Walker – Power Assist Rollator With Assist Mode, Resist Mode and Auto-Stop
The VOCIC Z73 is an electric walker: a four-wheel rollator with a seat and backrest that can push with you or hold back for you. In Assist mode the powered wheels help move the rollator forward, so walking takes less effort. In Resist mode the wheels hold back, so the rollator doesn’t run ahead of you on a slope. VOCIC rates it for users up to 300 lbs.
As a motorized rollator, it gives you three assist levels and three resist levels, picked on a display mounted on the handle. As a power assist rollator, it’s built for longer walks, slight hills and carrying a load in the bag. VOCIC also builds in what it calls 360° Protection: the rollator stops instead of rolling away.
You still get the basics of a good rollator: dual hand brakes, puncture-proof tires, a padded seat with a backrest, a storage bag and handles that adjust from 33.5″ to 38.4″. It folds for the trunk, and it comes in black.
Why Choose the VOCIC Z73?
Most rollators leave all the work to you. Pushing one up a driveway takes effort, and on the way down it can pick up speed faster than you’d like. The Z73 handles both. Assist mode adds power when you want help moving forward, and Resist mode adds drag when you need the walker to slow down and stay with you.
VOCIC rates it for 300 lbs, lists a fit for users from 4’7″ to 6’3″, and backs it with a 3-year end-user warranty on functional parts (coverage varies by component).
Who Is the VOCIC Z73 Best For?
The Z73 is a good fit for:
- People who tire quickly pushing a regular rollator, especially on longer walks
- Users whose route includes slight hills, ramps or driveways
- People who need the walker to slow down so it doesn’t roll ahead of them
- Caregivers who want a walker that stops on its own instead of rolling away
- Anyone who carries groceries or a bag on their walks

Who May Need a Different Walker?
- Users over 300 lbs: VOCIC rates the Z73 for 300 lbs. Choose a heavy duty model instead.
- People who only need resistance, not power: the VOCIC Z63 Adjustable Resistance Rollator gives three damping levels with no charging needed.
- Rough outdoor ground without power: the VOCIC Z57 Large Wheel Rollator rolls on 12″ wheels.
- Anyone who needs to be pushed while seated: a rollator isn’t a wheelchair. Use a transport chair for that.
Assist Mode: 3 Levels of Power Help
Assist mode powers the wheels so the rollator moves forward with less push from you. VOCIC lists three levels:
- A1: about 1.5 km/h (roughly 0.9 mph), which VOCIC suggests for long, easy walks
- A2: about 3 km/h (roughly 1.9 mph), which VOCIC suggests when you’re carrying a load in the bag
- A3: about 4 km/h (roughly 2.5 mph), which VOCIC suggests for going uphill
Start on A1 and move up only once you’re comfortable.
Resist Mode: 3 Levels That Hold the Walker Back
Some people don’t need help pushing. They need the walker to stay with them. Resist mode makes the wheels harder to roll, so the rollator can’t run ahead on a downhill slope or a smooth floor. VOCIC lists three levels: R1 (easy), R2 (normal) and R3 (hard). Higher levels give you more control and a slower, steadier pace. This is the setting to try if a regular rollator ever feels like it’s getting away from you.
Handle Display and 360° Protection
A display on the handle shows the mode and speed you’ve picked, so you always know what the rollator is set to do. VOCIC calls its safety feature 360° Protection: the rollator stops instead of rolling away. Even so, lock the brakes every time you sit down or stand still.
Dual Hand Brakes
There’s a brake on each handle. Pull up to slow down and stop. Press down to lock the wheels. Lock both before you sit, and keep them locked until you’re standing steady again.
300 lb Capacity, Padded Seat and Backrest
VOCIC rates the Z73 for users up to 300 lbs. The frame combines aluminum with iron, the tires are puncture-proof TPR, and the handles are covered in conductive silicone. When you need a break, there’s a padded seat and a widened leather backrest, plus a storage bag that VOCIC rates for up to 11 lbs.
VOCIC Z73 vs. VOCIC Z63 Adjustable Resistance Rollator
Both help with control on slopes. The Z63 uses a damper with three resistance levels and needs no charging, so it’s simpler if all you want is a walker that won’t run ahead of you. The Z73 adds powered Assist mode on top of its three Resist levels, a handle display and VOCIC’s auto-stop, so it can also help you move forward on longer walks and slight hills. If pushing is the hard part, choose the Z73. If slowing down is the only concern, the Z63 may be enough.
Common Problem → VOCIC Z73 Solution
Problem: Mom’s walk to the mailbox goes down the driveway and back up. Going down, her rollator speeds up and she has to fight to hold it back. Coming back up, she’s out of breath halfway.
Solution: On the Z73 she sets Resist mode for the trip down so the rollator stays with her, then switches to Assist mode for the climb back up so the powered wheels do part of the work. If she lets go, VOCIC’s 360° Protection stops the rollator instead of letting it roll away.
“Is it hard to use?” The mode and level show on the handle display, and VOCIC suggests starting on the lowest level.
Sizing & Fit
- User height: VOCIC lists 4’7″ to 6’3″.
- Handle height: 33.5″ to 38.4″. Stand straight in everyday shoes with arms relaxed and measure from the floor to your wrist crease. If that number falls in the range, the handles can be set for you.
- Overall size: about 27.6″ long and 26″ wide per VOCIC. Doors and halls on your route should be wider than 26″.
- Seat size and height: ask us. VOCIC’s listing doesn’t give reliable numbers for this model.
- Weight: 300 lbs maximum.
Folding and Storage
The Z73 folds. VOCIC lists the folded size as about 11.8″ x 27.6″ x 33.5″. Ask us for the exact product weight before you plan on lifting it into a car: VOCIC gives two different figures for this model.
Charging and Battery
VOCIC doesn’t publish the battery capacity, charging time, range per charge or motor rating for the Z73. Ask us at 585-505-6665 and we’ll get you VOCIC’s current answer before you order.
Care & Cleaning
Follow the VOCIC manual that comes in the box, especially for the battery and electronics. As general care, wipe the frame, seat and handles with a damp (not wet) cloth, keep water away from the display and battery, keep hair and debris out of the wheels, and check that both brakes hold before each use. VOCIC says the brakes and wheels can be replaced if they break.
What’s Included
VOCIC lists the front wheels, rear wheels, 2 handles, the seat, 2 brake cables, the storage bag, the backrest, 2 knob screws and the user manual. Ask us to confirm the charger and battery details before you order.
Warranty
VOCIC backs the Z73 with a 3-year end-user warranty on functional parts (coverage varies by component); ask us for the current terms. VOCIC also offers 24-hour after-sales support, and we’ll help you with any warranty claim.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Return Policy
At MedCare Mobility, we understand that purchasing medical and mobility equipment is an important decision. Our goal is to make the ordering, delivery, and return process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Because many of the products we offer are large, specialized, or shipped directly from manufacturer and distributor warehouses, shipping and return requirements may vary somewhat by product and brand. The policy below explains what you can generally expect when ordering from MedCare Mobility.
Shipping & Order Processing
We ship medical and mobility equipment to customers throughout the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking information is provided once available.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days. Processing may include order verification, warehouse preparation, packaging, and coordination with the manufacturer or distributor.
Some specialty equipment, made-to-order products, oversized items, or products shipping directly from a manufacturer may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing or lead time shown on an individual product page should be considered part of the expected fulfillment timeframe for that item.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once shipped, many standard orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days. Larger medical equipment, freight shipments, specialty products, and certain manufacturer-direct orders may require additional transit time.
Tracking information will generally be emailed once the shipment has been processed by the carrier. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at info@medcaremobility.com.
Alaska, Hawaii & Special Shipping Areas
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote or limited-access areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. If an additional charge is required after your order is reviewed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever additional payment is necessary.
Freight & Oversized Equipment
Hospital beds, patient lifts, large recliners, ramps, and other oversized medical equipment may ship by freight rather than standard parcel service. Unless a specific delivery service is stated on the product page or order, freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from MedCare Mobility. Most eligible products may be returned when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.
Eligible products generally include:
- Electric and power wheelchairs
- Manual and lightweight wheelchairs
- Mobility scooters
- Walkers and rollators
- Patient lifts
- Wheelchair ramps
- Hospital and homecare beds
- Eligible medical mattresses
- Geriatric and medical recliner chairs
- Overbed tables
- Bathroom benches and shower chairs
- Other eligible medical and mobility equipment
Return eligibility can vary by manufacturer and product type. Products specifically identified as non-returnable, custom, made-to-order, or otherwise subject to special return terms are governed by those terms.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before shipping any product back. Returns must first be approved and issued a Return Authorization (RA) and the appropriate return shipping address.
You may request a return by emailing info@medcaremobility.com or contacting our customer service team through the live chat on our website.
Please do not return merchandise to an address shown on the original shipping label unless specifically instructed to do so. Many products ship directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses, and the correct return location may be different from the original shipping location.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be returned:
- In brand-new and unused condition
- In its complete original manufacturer packaging
- With all manuals, components, hardware, accessories, and included materials
- Without damage, modification, assembly wear, stains, odors, or other signs of use
- In resalable condition upon inspection by the receiving warehouse or manufacturer
We strongly recommend keeping the original box, pallet, protective materials, and packaging until you are certain that you intend to keep the equipment. Large medical equipment can be difficult or impossible to return safely without its original packaging.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a mandatory restocking fee, generally ranging from 15% to 20% of the applicable product price. The exact restocking percentage varies depending on the manufacturer, brand, and type of equipment being returned.
These restocking charges are assessed to us by the manufacturer or distributing warehouse when merchandise is returned. MedCare Mobility does not add the fee simply as a return penalty; when the manufacturer requires the charge, we must pass the applicable amount through as part of processing the return.
If you would like to know the applicable restocking percentage for a particular product before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help whenever that information is available from the manufacturer.
Return Shipping & Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the order when making a standard return.
Customers are responsible for arranging for the approved merchandise to be returned to the return address provided with the Return Authorization. In certain cases, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label or coordinate return transportation for your convenience. When provided, the applicable shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund.
Because some medical equipment is oversized or requires freight transportation, prepaid labels or carrier call tags may not be available for every product. Our customer service team will provide the available return instructions when your return is authorized.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, safety, customization, and manufacturer-policy reasons, certain products are not eligible for standard returns.
We currently do not accept returns on:
- Parts & accessories
- Wheelchair cushions and support accessories
- Patient lift slings
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page
If a non-returnable product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Non-returnable status does not prevent us from assisting with a legitimate shipping damage, defect, warranty, or fulfillment issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer and carrier procedures.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take shipping damage seriously and will work with you to help resolve legitimate delivery issues.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify MedCare Mobility within 48 hours of delivery. Whenever possible, retain the shipping carton, pallet, packaging materials, and the product exactly as received and take clear photographs of the packaging and any visible damage.
Reporting damage promptly is important because carriers and manufacturers have limited timeframes for filing freight and shipping claims.
If you receive an incorrect product or believe there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us before returning or disposing of any merchandise or packaging so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Refused Deliveries
Please contact us before refusing a delivery unless the shipment has obvious significant freight damage and the carrier is documenting the damage at delivery.
A shipment that is refused for reasons unrelated to verified shipping damage may be treated as a standard return. Applicable restocking and shipping charges may therefore be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping Deadline
Once a return has been approved and return instructions or a return label have been issued, the merchandise must be shipped within 72 hours unless MedCare Mobility provides different instructions in writing.
This is particularly important when a return is approaching the end of the applicable return period. Returns shipped outside the authorized timeframe may be refused by the manufacturer or warehouse and may no longer qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by the applicable warehouse or manufacturer and the return has been confirmed to meet the return requirements.
The applicable restocking fee, shipping charges associated with the order, and any other authorized return-related charges will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
If returned merchandise is used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging or components, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents the manufacturer or warehouse from accepting it as new and resalable merchandise, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced in accordance with the manufacturer’s assessment.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products identified as custom, configured, made-to-order, special-order, or manufactured specifically for the customer cannot generally be canceled once production or manufacturer processing has begun and are not eligible for standard returns.
For custom products, cancellation may only be possible during the initial processing period and before production or customization begins. Because production schedules vary by manufacturer, we encourage customers to contact us immediately if a change is required.
If a custom product arrives damaged or has a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will work with the manufacturer to pursue the appropriate resolution, replacement components, repair, or other available remedy under the applicable manufacturer policy or warranty.
Questions Before Ordering?
Medical equipment can vary considerably in size, configuration, compatibility, and intended use. If you are unsure whether a product will work for your needs, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Our team is happy to help review product specifications, dimensions, options, compatibility, and available manufacturer information so you can make a more informed purchasing decision and reduce the possibility of needing a return.
For shipping, return, or product questions, contact us at info@medcaremobility.com or speak with us through the live chat on our website.
