Description
Hausted 4100 Series – Flat Top Treatment Table in 24 Upholstery Colors
The Hausted 4100 is a static flat top treatment table: a long, level, padded surface at a fixed 32″ height. Hausted, a Graham-Field brand, rates it for 500 lb, evenly distributed.
It’s a straightforward medical treatment table for therapy rooms, chiropractic and sports medicine, procedure rooms and clinics. Order the 4103-DD version and it becomes a treatment table with drawers: a shelf plus two pass-through drawers that open from either side.
The frame has a Foghorn powder coat finish, and the 1.75″ foam top comes in 24 upholstery colors. It ships by freight truck from Graham-Field, and we’ll reach out to schedule delivery.
Why Choose the Hausted 4100?
Sometimes you just need a solid, flat table. The 4100 has no moving back and no motor, so there’s nothing to adjust or wear out. You get a full 76″ long top that fits most adults lying down, a 500 lb rating and a built-in paper roll holder, and you can add storage with the shelf-and-drawers version.
Who Is the Hausted 4100 Best For?
The 4100 is a good fit for:
- Physical therapy, chiropractic and sports medicine rooms that work with patients lying flat
- Procedure and treatment rooms in clinics and physician offices
- Assisted living and long-term care therapy rooms
- Practices that want storage under the table (choose the shelf and two drawers)
Browse all of our tables in the exam tables category.
Who May Need a Different Table?
- Patients who need to sit up during treatment: look at the Hausted 4105, which has an adjustable back.
- Exams that need stirrups or a foot step: a full exam table is the right choice.
- Patients who can’t get up to 32″: a power high-low table lowers for transfers.
500 lb Weight Capacity
Hausted rates every 4100 Series table for 500 lb, evenly distributed. That covers most adult patients during treatment.
Flat 28″ x 76″ Top at 32″ High
The top is 28″ wide and 76″ long, and the table stands 32″ high. A long, level surface is what most therapy and treatment work needs.
1.75″ Foam Top
Hausted lists the foam at 1.75″ thick under vinyl upholstery, firm enough for treatment work and comfortable for the patient.
Optional Shelf and Two Pass-Through Drawers
The 4103-DD version adds a shelf and two pass-through drawers. The drawers open from either side, and Hausted lists the drawer interior at 17.75″ wide x 19.25″ long x 5″ high.
Choosing Your Options
You pick two things: the configuration and the upholstery color.
| Flat Top (4100-xx) | Treatment table with a flat top; shipping weight about 170 lb |
| Flat Top with Shelf and 2 Drawers (4103-DD-xx) | Flat top with a shelf and two pass-through drawers; shipping weight about 210 lb |
Upholstery comes in Hausted’s 24 standard colors. Pick yours in the color dropdown above; every color is the same price. Screens show colors a little differently, so call us if you want help matching an existing room.
Hausted 4100 vs. Hausted 4105
Both tables share the same 28″ x 76″ size, 32″ height, 1.75″ foam and 500 lb rating. The 4100 is flat from end to end. The 4105 has an adjustable back and a contour top, so the patient can be raised to a reclined or seated position. If your patients stay lying flat, the 4100 is the simpler pick.
Common Problem → Hausted 4100 Solution
Problem: Linens, pillows and supplies pile up on chairs and counters around the treatment table.
Solution: Choose the 4103-DD with a shelf and two pass-through drawers under the top.
“Do the drawers open from one side only?” No. Hausted’s pass-through drawers open from either side of the table.
Sizing & Fit
Plan for a footprint of 28″ x 76″, plus room for staff to work along both sides. The table is 32″ high. Paper roll holders come in 18″, 19″ and 20″ widths.
Care & Cleaning
Wipe the vinyl top and the powder coat frame with a cleaner your facility approves for vinyl and painted metal, then dry it. Hausted’s 4100 Series operation manual has the full instructions, and we can send it to you.
What’s Included
The table and paper roll holder, plus the shelf and two drawers on the 4103-DD. Paper rolls aren’t included. Call us at 585-505-6665 to confirm anything else before you order.
Warranty
Graham-Field’s Hausted limited warranty for exam and treatment tables covers:
- Base: 5 years
- Electronic components: 2 years
- Mechanical components: 3 years
- Original and replacement upholstered tops: 1 year
- Replacement parts: 90 days
Labor isn’t included, and the warranty runs from the date Graham-Field ships to the original buyer. If something goes wrong, call us at 585-505-6665 and we’ll help you start the claim with Graham-Field.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Return Policy
At MedCare Mobility, we understand that purchasing medical and mobility equipment is an important decision. Our goal is to make the ordering, delivery, and return process as clear and straightforward as possible.
Because many of the products we offer are large, specialized, or shipped directly from manufacturer and distributor warehouses, shipping and return requirements may vary somewhat by product and brand. The policy below explains what you can generally expect when ordering from MedCare Mobility.
Shipping & Order Processing
We ship medical and mobility equipment to customers throughout the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking information is provided once available.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days. Processing may include order verification, warehouse preparation, packaging, and coordination with the manufacturer or distributor.
Some specialty equipment, made-to-order products, oversized items, or products shipping directly from a manufacturer may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing or lead time shown on an individual product page should be considered part of the expected fulfillment timeframe for that item.
Transit & Delivery Time
Once shipped, many standard orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days. Larger medical equipment, freight shipments, specialty products, and certain manufacturer-direct orders may require additional transit time.
Tracking information will generally be emailed once the shipment has been processed by the carrier. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at info@medcaremobility.com.
Alaska, Hawaii & Special Shipping Areas
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote or limited-access areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. If an additional charge is required after your order is reviewed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever additional payment is necessary.
Freight & Oversized Equipment
Hospital beds, patient lifts, large recliners, ramps, and other oversized medical equipment may ship by freight rather than standard parcel service. Unless a specific delivery service is stated on the product page or order, freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from MedCare Mobility. Most eligible products may be returned when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.
Eligible products generally include:
- Electric and power wheelchairs
- Manual and lightweight wheelchairs
- Mobility scooters
- Walkers and rollators
- Patient lifts
- Wheelchair ramps
- Hospital and homecare beds
- Eligible medical mattresses
- Geriatric and medical recliner chairs
- Overbed tables
- Bathroom benches and shower chairs
- Other eligible medical and mobility equipment
Return eligibility can vary by manufacturer and product type. Products specifically identified as non-returnable, custom, made-to-order, or otherwise subject to special return terms are governed by those terms.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before shipping any product back. Returns must first be approved and issued a Return Authorization (RA) and the appropriate return shipping address.
You may request a return by emailing info@medcaremobility.com or contacting our customer service team through the live chat on our website.
Please do not return merchandise to an address shown on the original shipping label unless specifically instructed to do so. Many products ship directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses, and the correct return location may be different from the original shipping location.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be returned:
- In brand-new and unused condition
- In its complete original manufacturer packaging
- With all manuals, components, hardware, accessories, and included materials
- Without damage, modification, assembly wear, stains, odors, or other signs of use
- In resalable condition upon inspection by the receiving warehouse or manufacturer
We strongly recommend keeping the original box, pallet, protective materials, and packaging until you are certain that you intend to keep the equipment. Large medical equipment can be difficult or impossible to return safely without its original packaging.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a mandatory restocking fee, generally ranging from 15% to 20% of the applicable product price. The exact restocking percentage varies depending on the manufacturer, brand, and type of equipment being returned.
These restocking charges are assessed to us by the manufacturer or distributing warehouse when merchandise is returned. MedCare Mobility does not add the fee simply as a return penalty; when the manufacturer requires the charge, we must pass the applicable amount through as part of processing the return.
If you would like to know the applicable restocking percentage for a particular product before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help whenever that information is available from the manufacturer.
Return Shipping & Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the order when making a standard return.
Customers are responsible for arranging for the approved merchandise to be returned to the return address provided with the Return Authorization. In certain cases, we may be able to provide a prepaid return label or coordinate return transportation for your convenience. When provided, the applicable shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund.
Because some medical equipment is oversized or requires freight transportation, prepaid labels or carrier call tags may not be available for every product. Our customer service team will provide the available return instructions when your return is authorized.
Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, safety, customization, and manufacturer-policy reasons, certain products are not eligible for standard returns.
We currently do not accept returns on:
- Parts & accessories
- Wheelchair cushions and support accessories
- Patient lift slings
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page
If a non-returnable product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. Non-returnable status does not prevent us from assisting with a legitimate shipping damage, defect, warranty, or fulfillment issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer and carrier procedures.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take shipping damage seriously and will work with you to help resolve legitimate delivery issues.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify MedCare Mobility within 48 hours of delivery. Whenever possible, retain the shipping carton, pallet, packaging materials, and the product exactly as received and take clear photographs of the packaging and any visible damage.
Reporting damage promptly is important because carriers and manufacturers have limited timeframes for filing freight and shipping claims.
If you receive an incorrect product or believe there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us before returning or disposing of any merchandise or packaging so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Refused Deliveries
Please contact us before refusing a delivery unless the shipment has obvious significant freight damage and the carrier is documenting the damage at delivery.
A shipment that is refused for reasons unrelated to verified shipping damage may be treated as a standard return. Applicable restocking and shipping charges may therefore be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping Deadline
Once a return has been approved and return instructions or a return label have been issued, the merchandise must be shipped within 72 hours unless MedCare Mobility provides different instructions in writing.
This is particularly important when a return is approaching the end of the applicable return period. Returns shipped outside the authorized timeframe may be refused by the manufacturer or warehouse and may no longer qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by the applicable warehouse or manufacturer and the return has been confirmed to meet the return requirements.
The applicable restocking fee, shipping charges associated with the order, and any other authorized return-related charges will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
If returned merchandise is used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging or components, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents the manufacturer or warehouse from accepting it as new and resalable merchandise, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced in accordance with the manufacturer’s assessment.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products identified as custom, configured, made-to-order, special-order, or manufactured specifically for the customer cannot generally be canceled once production or manufacturer processing has begun and are not eligible for standard returns.
For custom products, cancellation may only be possible during the initial processing period and before production or customization begins. Because production schedules vary by manufacturer, we encourage customers to contact us immediately if a change is required.
If a custom product arrives damaged or has a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will work with the manufacturer to pursue the appropriate resolution, replacement components, repair, or other available remedy under the applicable manufacturer policy or warranty.
Questions Before Ordering?
Medical equipment can vary considerably in size, configuration, compatibility, and intended use. If you are unsure whether a product will work for your needs, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Our team is happy to help review product specifications, dimensions, options, compatibility, and available manufacturer information so you can make a more informed purchasing decision and reduce the possibility of needing a return.
For shipping, return, or product questions, contact us at info@medcaremobility.com or speak with us through the live chat on our website.
