what should I say, Biggest MISTAKE I ever made was to Purchase a bed and mattress from AMAZON. it came damaged and I had no one to contact or speak to but Amazons customer service unprofessionalism. then I came across Med mobility and it was just a pleasure and zero complaints. made me realize that these type of products should only be purchased from a reputable dealer because otherwise there is noone to speak to about anything. I ordered a product that turned out to be out of stock both from this company and from the manufacturer. Customer service reached out to me within minutes, recommended a replacement, and, after my approval, forwarded the new item to me at the same cost as the one that I ordered.
